International Student Agency

Study Cape Town has a dedicated team heading up its International Student Agency department.

We can, on behalf of our clients, provide specific staff training and personal development in addition to English studies. Student needs and progress are closely monitored. Training is mostly but not exclusively undertaken in Cape Town.

Study Cape Town monitors expenditure undertaken on behalf of our clients and detailed accounts are provided monthly, or at the end of training. Clients receive regular progress reports on their students.

We offer clients the opportunity to use Study Cape Town as their preferred training coordinators, utilising the expertise of a training company to assess what education and training would best suit them

Depending on client needs, we can provide:

. Letters of invitation for study visas
. Travel arrangements
. Airport transfers
. Local transport requirements
. Accommodation
. Correct training providers and courses to be used
. Meeting and managing students whilst in South Africa (includes all health- related as well as training aspects)
. All administration and expenses centralised through one office for our client
. Payment and recording of salaries and other allowances to students
. Accurate records kept of all income and expenditure and reported back to our client monthly
. Regular, reliable communication between the students, training providers, client and Study Cape Town to enhance the company's training performance.
